What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive:

• your name and email address
• your phone number, if you give it
• what you tell us about your garden

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to arrange visits. We don't sell it or use it for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years, for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Email hello@fieldstone.example and we'll reply within a month.
